We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days by emailing support@motivra.app or visiting paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
30-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your Motivra subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. There is no obligation and no questions asked within this window.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Motivra orders. To request a refund:
- Email support@motivra.app with your order details, or
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
Where required by applicable law, statutory refund rights still apply and are not affected by this policy.
